Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthoase, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 9th day of September, 1988, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 39, ASPEN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT 4, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated May 14, 1984, and was executed by CARLOS V. ALAMILLA AND GAIL L.
