Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described 'property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 9th day of September, Sep-tember, 1988 at 11:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by Ned B. Roueche and Jo Anne S. Roueche, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded December De-cember 22, 1982 as Entry No. 629356 in Book 924 at pages 1027 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of BARNES BANKING COMPANY and (now owned and held by BARNES BANKING COMPANY) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 5, 1988 as Entry No. 823989 in Book 1232 at page 988 of said Official Records. Re-cords. Trustee will sell at public auc-fZiipn auc-fZiipn to the highest bidder for cash, pay-jle pay-jle in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described property prop-erty at approx. 1046 South Roueche Lane, in the City of Kaysville, County of Davis, State of Utah: Beginning on the Westerly line of a road at a point 110.95 feet North and 1262.83 feet West ! and North 25 degrees 37'40" 1 East 18.36 feet from the South Quarter corner of Section 4, Township 3 North, Range 1 , West, Salt Lake Meridian, and '. running thence North 25 degrees 37'40" East 342.10 feet along said road; thence Northerly 148.51 feet along the art of a -235.08 foot radius curve to the left along said road (L. C. bears North 7 degrees 31 '45" East 146.06 feet); theice North 10 degrees 34' 10" West 190.34 feet along said road; thence Northerly 54.31 feet along the arc of a 649.81 foot radius curve to the right along said road (L.C. bears North 8 degrees 10'30" West 54.30 feet); thence South 48 degrees 30'30" West 583.57 feet to a point 26.21 chains North and South 39 degrees 40' East 1681.28 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 4; thence South 39 degrees 40' East 77.62 feet; thence South 46 degrees 34' East 361.31 feet to the point of beginning, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid un-paid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon there-on as in said Note and by law provided.
