He will enter the MTC Wednesday, Aug. 24. His farewell will be held Sunday, r Aug. 21 at 1:10 p.m. at the Fruit ; Heights First Ward, 901 S. Mountain Moun-tain Road, Fruit Heights. Chad is a 1987 graduate of Davis High School and Seminary. He has received his Duty to God Award. He has completed his freshman year at Weber State College. ELDER ALLEN Brian H. Alien, son of Wayne and Virginia Allen, will leave for the Scotland Edinburgh Mission on Aug. 31. His farewell will be held at 10:50 a.m. in the Fruit Heights Fourth Ward, 24 S. Country Lane, Fruit Heights, on Aug. 21. Elder Allen is a 1987 graduate of Davis High School and Seminary and has attended Weber State College. Col-lege. He is an Eagle Scout. He has always been active and interested in auto mechanics and is currently employed at Allco Auto Parts in Kaysville. ELDER CHRISTENSEN Elder Kay W. Christensen returned re-turned home Aug. 12 from serving two years in the Roanoke, Virginia Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Elder Christensen will give his mission report Aug. 21 at 2 p.m. in the Orchard First Ward, 3707 S. 800 W., Bountiful. Kay is the son of Kurt and Lela Christensen. Family and friends are invited to hear his mission report and also call at his home to welcome him back, at 3893 S. 725 W. ELDER WARNOCK David C. Warnock, son of Richard and Carole Warnock, has been called to serve in the Brazil Curitiba Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His farewell will be held Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. in the Bountiful 13th Ward, 1356 N. 650 E. There will be an open house for family, friends and neighbors following the meeting meet-ing at his home at 724 E. 1200 N., Bountiful. David is a 1988 graduate of Viewmont High School. Sean Peters, son of Bob and Cheryl Peters, has recently returned re-turned home after successfully serving in the Washington Seattle Mission. He will speak in Sacrament Meeting Aug. 21 at 2:20 p.m. in the Woods Cross First Ward, 2064 S. 800 W., Woods Cross. Family'and friends are invited to visit with him at his home, 1975 Sorrento Drive, Woods Cross, immediately following follow-ing the meeting. ELDER McARTHUR Mark Tucker McArthur, son of K. Glen McArthur and Dorothy T. McArthur, has accepted a call to serve a mission to the Los Angeles Spanish speaking mission. His farewell will be Sunday, Aug. 21 at the Bountiful 25th Ward, 500 E. 1500 S. at 12:40 p.m. Family and friends are invited to visit with Mark at his home, 771 Emerald Hills Dr., following the meeting. Mark is a 1987 graduate of Bountiful Boun-tiful High School and has been attending the University of Utah. He enters the MTC Aug. 24. 1 '' f Elder Todd Morris Durrant, son of Morris and Larraine Durrant, has been called to serve in the Sop-poro Sop-poro Japan Mission. He will enter the MTC Aug. 31. Todd is an Eagle Scout and a 1987 graduate of Viewmont High School where he was a member of the Madrigal Choir. He is a four-year four-year seminary graduate. : This past year he has attended Weber State College. He has participated parti-cipated in the Weber State Choir and is involved as a member of Pi Kapp Alpha Fraternity. He will speak Sunday, Aug. 21 at 3:15 p.m. in the Centerville 11th Ward, 160 S. 300 E. Relatives and friends are invited to an open house after the farewell at his home, 345 S. 800 E., Centerville.
