Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 23rd day of August, 1988, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly, described as follows: All of Lot 24 1 , WESTWOOD ESTATES NO. 5, a subdivision in the City of Clearfield, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 99 South 1000 West, Clearfield, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated November 19, 1985, and was executed by RONALD M.
