Show NOTICE OF -TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 15th day of September, Sep-tember, 1988 at 11:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by CARL WILLIAMS & SONS CONSTRUCTION, CONSTRUC-TION, a partnership, as Trustors, and recorded June 8, 1987, as Entry No. 789367 in Book 1 172 at pages 655 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of COMMUNITY FIRST BANK (now owned and held by COMMUNITY COM-MUNITY FIRST BANK) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 9, 1988 as Entry No, 824383 in Book 1233 at page 676 of said Official Records. Re-cords. Trustee will sell at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder for cash , .payable, .pay-able, in lawful monev of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described property prop-erty at 22 West 1000 South, in the City of Kaysville, County of Davis, State of ' Utah: All of Lot 3, WILLIAMS-WOOD WILLIAMS-WOOD SUBDIVISION, a subdivision sub-division of part of Section 3, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Kaysville, according to the official plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid un-paid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon there-on as in said Note and by law provided.
