Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 15th day of September, 1988 at 11:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, COM-PANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by COPPERFIELD CONSTRUCTION, CON-STRUCTION, INC., as Trustors, and recorded April 24, 1987, as Entry No. 783142 in Book 1 161 at pages 1091 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of HOWARD KENT, INC., a Utah Corporation (now owned and held by ZIONS FIRST NATIONAL BANK, n.a. & HOWARD KENT, INC . , a Utah Corporation) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded April 7, 1988 as Entry No. 821026 in Book 1227 at page 828 of said Official Records. Re-cords. All of Lot 94, HEATHERGLEN SUBDIVISION NO. 2, a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section 10, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid un-paid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
