Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 20th day of May, 1988, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. of said day: Situated in the County of Davis State of Utah, more particularly described de-scribed as follows: BEGINNING on West line of State Road at a point 32 rods North and 83.8 feet West from the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast South-east quarter of Section 8, Township Town-ship 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian; running thence North 25 feet more or less, to the Southeast corner of property conveyed in Book 419 at Page 143; thence North 89 degrees 56' West 169.87 feet along said South line; thence North 0 degrees de-grees 17' East 95 feet; thence West 71.13 feet to East line of Pleasant Hills Subdivision Plat "A"; thence South 0 degrees 17' West 99.42 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 34, said subdivision; subdi-vision; thence North 89 degrees 50'30" West 144.36 feet; thence South 0 degrees 04' West 25 feet; thence East 382.5 feet more or less, to the point of BEGINNING. BEGIN-NING. EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING: BEGINNING at the Southeast South-east corner of said property, and running thence North 25.0 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56' West 169.87 feet; thence south 25.0 feet; thence East 169.87 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
