David Wayne Jolley, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Jolley and Katee Bennett, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Noall Bennett were guests of honor at the monthly Chamber luncheon. lun-cheon. They both received a special spe-cial certificate and a gift from the Chamber. David Jolley is a senior at Layton High School. He received the Scholar Athlete Award for two years. He is graduating with honors. David was the captain of the varsity var-sity football and wrestling team. He lettered in football for two years and in wrestling for three years. He is a member of the Senior Committee and the Layton High School Senate, and serves as vice president of the Lettermen's Club. Besides being active in many academic and extra-curricular areas at Layton High, David also works. From June 1985 until Sept. 1987 he was an appliance repairman repair-man for the Day Company in the Layton High School students of the month are Katee Bennett and David Jolley. Freeport Center. For two summers he worked in roofing maintenance at the Day Company. He also does yard care for three households and is currently working at Wendy's in Layton. Kattee Bennett is a studentbody officer at Central Davis Junior High School. She is a member of the National Honor Society. Katee is on the high honor roll and the citizenship honor roll. She enjoys English, Spanish and student government gov-ernment classes. Katee likes reading, swimming, tennis, skiing (water and snow), and playing the piano. |
