Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Uintah County Courthouse, Vernal, Utah, in Uintah County, Utah on Tuesday, the 27th day of September, 1983, at 11:00a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by George W. Pierce and Dee Ann Pierce, husband and wife, as Ttustor(s) in favor of FIRST INTERSTATE IN-TERSTATE BANK OF UTAH, N.A. covering real property located at 317 North Vernal Ave., Vernal, Utah and more particularly as described as: Beginning 297 feet North and 49.5 feet West of the Southeast comer of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, S.L.B.& M., and running thence North 55 feet; thence West 129 feet; thence South 55 feet; thence East 129 feet to the place of beginning and being within the unplatted portion of Vernal Ver-nal City, Utah. Said property is being sold for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest in-terest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
