Show PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Ballard will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 12, 1981, 7:30 p.m. in the Ballard Town Building, to consider the following recommendations of the Ballard Planning Commission: Com-mission: 1. Also expecting therefrom the following described tract of land: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast U; th North 51 rods: th East 285.8 ft: th South 51 rods; th West 258.8 ft. to the point of beginning. This parcel lies immediately im-mediately west of the Cow Palace and is the former T. Golden Collins' property. 2. Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW',4) of Section 14, T2S, R1W, USM, th East 1884.71 ft, th North 700 ft, thence East 753.58 ft, to the North-South centerline of said Section 14, th North along said centerline 1000 ft, th West, parallel to the South line of said Section 14, a distance of 2640 ft, to the West line of said Section Sec-tion 14, th South along said West line a distance of 1700 ft, more or less to the point of beginning, containing 90 acres more or less. This parcel is located between 1100 East and the Concrete Batch Plant, on the North side of U.S. 40.
