Show PUBLIC NOTICE U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY . Section 52.21, Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) regarding the Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality (PSD, provides that, prior to . final determination on an application to construct a new source, opportunity be given for public comment and public hearing on the information in-formation submitted by ii- i i: i 1 ii me applicant ana on ine analysis underlying the proposed approval or disapproval. The regulation further requires that such information in-formation be made available in at least one location in the affected area and that the public be allowed 30 calendar days subsequent to the public notice in which to submit comments. Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Environmental En-vironmental Protection Agency (EPA), pursuant to PSD regulation 40 CFR 52.21, proposes to grant conditional approval of an application by the following named applicant: ap-plicant: Mountain Fuel Resources, Inc., 36 South State Street, Suite No. 1540, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. The applicant proposes to modify its natural gas compressor station. Copies of the application ap-plication and the proposed permit with its supporting analysis, are available for public inspection in-spection at the Office of the Daggett County Clerk in Manila, Utah and at the Denver Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency, i860 Lincoln Street, Denver, Colorado 80295. All comments should be addressed to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region VIII (Attention-Mr. (Attention-Mr. David S.
