Show I I KARY DUANE STRINGHAM Monday services honor Stringham Funeral services for Kary Duane Stringham were Monday, Feb. 18 in the Vernal Second and Fourth Ward chapel. Mr. Stringham died Feb. 8 in Holland. Bishop Lloyd W. Swain conducted the service and Bishop Joseph Winder offered the family prayer. Prelude and postlude music was provided by Mrs. Eva Hatch and a musical was sung by Daun White and Dorthy Peltier. Kent Baven offered the invocation after which Bishop Swain gave some remarks and Leland McNeil spoke. A musical was rendered by Verdon Goodrich and Jay and Terry Anderson. Bill Workman spoke followed by a musical by Mr. and Mrs. Glade Sowards. The benediction was by Ted Workman, and the grave was dedicated by Duff Anderson. Burial was in the Vernal Memorial Park. Pallbearers were Dr. Paul Stringham, Terry Pitt, Kent Stringham, Jim Workman, John Gardiner and Harlen Collier. Honorary pallbearers were Ned Gardner, Garth Horrocks, J.N. Merkley, Allen Voorhies, Jay Burriston, Doug McLean and Mick Caldwell. Stringham was an engineer for Dowell Schlumberger Int'l. Inc., former for-mer station manager for Dowell in . Gillette, Wyoming for J9 years, former president of the Jr. Chamber of Commerce, member of Dinaland Country Club and former manager of Dalgarno Transportation Inc. |
