Show Seattle services honor former Jensen resident Funeral services were Wednesday, Feb. 13 in Seattle Wa. for Howard Keith Wellman, former Jensen resident, who died after suffering from Herpes disease. He was born March 20, 1920 in Jensen to Frank P. and Zilpha Wall Wellman. He died Feb. 10, 1980. He was a member of the LDS Church, attended the Jensen Elementary School, graduated from Uintah High School, served in the Armed Forces in World War II, attended BYU and served a mission in the North Eastern States and Canada. He married Marie Dahle, August of 1942. At the time of death he was ward clerk, in his ward in Seattle and was a store manager for Ernst Corporation. Surviving him are his widow, Marie; two daughters, Vickie Watkins, Monmath, Ore. and Kim Dingus; five grandchildren; one sister, Ila Cowan, Jensen; a half brother, Wilber Wellman, Oakland, Calif.; and a half sister, Jewel Knight, Salt Lake City, Ut. Services and burial were in Seattle, Washington. |
