Show Experience $pf , Free blood pressure clinic! Monday, Feb. 25, here at the Golden Age Center. Starting at 2 p.m. there will be nurses here to take your blood pressure. Don't take your health for granted, come and have your blood pressure checked. Our Presidents dinner on the 18th had only 120 Senior Citizens attending the fried chicken dinner. Our attendance was down a little, probably due to the rain. Hedy and Paula Hodgkinson didn't let the weather bother them, they came and sang several songs for the group, also Melba Sargeant accompanied ac-companied them as they sang their duets. On the menu for next Monday's dinner, Feb. 25, is: salmon loaf; baked potatoes; mixed vegetables; carrots and apple salds; jelloand green salads; coconut macaroons and ice cream. Wednesday dinner at the Vernal Junior High School had 65 enjoying the meatloaf in one line and chicken casserole in the other line. A good crowd attended the Valentine-Hawaiian Valentine-Hawaiian dance Friday night. Even tho the fog was thick, the Roosevelt and Neola dancers were present. We appreciate ap-preciate their dedication We also appreciate Woodey and Vorrctta Searle for the delicious pineapple and the huge cake with Aloha written on it with cute plastic Hawaiians on the beach. It was so pretty, sure was hard to see it cut up in pieces. They brought Newel's Harmony Four brightly colored Hawaiian shirts from Hawaii, with the traditional shell leis. The band looked great and they expressed their appreciation ap-preciation to the Searles and all who attended the dance. Newcomers were Don and Betty Bowden. Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Norton. Welcome back LeRoy Norns. Clayton and Belva Hatch. The Hatch's spent some time in Bullhead. Arizona. Norman and Mary Kitchen announced their wedding dance they will sponsor on February 29. The dance is on the newly married couple and so there will be no admission charge. We wish the couple many happy years together. Get-well cards were signed for Paul Murray, who was in the St Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City and for Stan and Evelyn Hoopes. who have I been on the sick list. We wish tfc speedy recovery'- Many of the attended the Roosevelt Staie c Saturday night, Newel's Harmocy played for the dance and the hi filled with dancers of all ages, fe all this Friday night. Bingo w inner for the week of Y was Alice Mott and Marion Swais. with five games. Second plact Vernal Gehring and Lena Mast with four games. Third place was Pierson with three games.
