K-117-1 BEFORE THE DIVISION DIVI-SION OF OIL, GAS, AND MINING DEPARTMENT DEPART-MENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES in and for the STATE OF UTAH IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF CONOCO, INC., FOR A WELL STATUS DETERMINATION DETER-MINATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 102 of the NATURAL GAS POLICY ACT on 1978. THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, PRODUC-TION, MINERAL AND ROYALITY INTERESTS, IN-TERESTS, AND PARTICULARLY PAR-TICULARLY ALL PERSONS PER-SONS INTERESTED IN THE DISTRIBUTION AND SALE OF NATURAL GAS IN THE NATURAL BUTTES AREA, UINTAH COUNTY, COUN-TY, UTAH. Notice is hereby given that the Division of Oil, Gas, and Mining, State of Utah, will conduct a hearing hear-ing on Monday. March 3. 1980. al 10:00 a.m., in the Division's offices. 158 West North Temple. Tem-ple. Suit Lake City, I luh. in the above entitled entitl-ed matter, at which time all persons, firms, and corporations interested may, if they so desire, appear ap-pear and be heard. Said hearing will be conducted as authorized under the provisions of Section 40-6, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978. Public Law 95-621, and the Rules and Regulations adopted thereunder. Notice is further given that the purpose of said hearing will be to determine deter-mine whether or not Well No. Conoco State 36 No. 7 in Section 36. Township 8 South. Range 20 East. SLBM.
