Sealed proposals will be received at this office until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on February 25, 1980, for the following described work: Apron and Tax-iway Tax-iway construction, lighting, paving, road, car parking, utilities, fencing, fen-cing, marking, etc. co Uintah County Clerk, County Courthouse, Vernal, Ver-nal, Utah 84078. According to the plans on file in the Uintah Engineering and Land Surveying, 85 South 2nd East, Vernal, Utah 84078. 2. Proposals will be publicly opened in the County Commission Chambers, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on February 25, 1980, by the Uintah County Coun-ty Commission. 3. Instructions to bidders, bid-ders, specifications and forms for contract and bond, together with plans and profiles, may be obtained ob-tained at Uintah Engineering and Land Surveying, 85 South 2nd East, P.O. Box Q, Vernal, Utah, 84078, for a cost of $30.00, not refundable. 4. The successful bidder will be required to comply comp-ly with all applicable Federal Laws, including the minimum wage rate decision of the U.S. Department of Labor. 5.
