The new dealership is situated on a 6 acre lot and is housed in a building engineered and constructed by Design Construction, Inc. but was definitely designed from a dealer's point of view as Mr. Hansen personally took a hand in laying out the facility's floor plan. The building itself is of structural steel and con crete block with a glass-enclosed glass-enclosed showroom and sales office. The entire building encompasses 25,910 square feet of floor space. The fully carpeted showroom floor was specially designed to accommodate ac-commodate the display of 8 Chevrolets with nearby management, sales and business offices. The front display area allows for the showing of 137 additional units while leaving ample customer parking. Mr. Hansen takes great pride in the new service facilities, which he believes is the backbone of any good dealership. With a total of 20 service stalls, including a lubrication rack, washing stall, and front-end service stall, he believes they can offer the best in auto and truck service and repair. Mr. Hansen pointed out that the service shop is equipped with the latest in front-end service equipment a Bender Optiflex which offers fast and efficient front end work on anything from the smallest compact car to trucks having 7,500 pound axles.
