Show Special Fashion-Fabric Fashion-Fabric Show This Friday All ladies in Moab are reminded of the special fashion and fabric show to be held this Friday, May 21 at 1 p.m. at the Greenwell Restaurant Restau-rant Banquet Room. With a theme of "I Am Woman" dress and fabric stores in Moab are joining together to present the show, featuring the latest fashions to buy, or to make. The event also includes a luncheon, at a cost of $3 per ticket, which are still on sale from participating merchants or from members of the Jaycettes. Merchants are Lucille's, Family Budget Clothing, The Fabric House, Sheri Lyn Shop, Sprouse Reitz, Lil's Fabrics, Miller's Clothing, The Hobbit Hole and Betty's Bootique. J Ron Turner was elected State Vice-President, Eastern Region of the Utah Jaycees at their quarterly meeting in Price May 2. This Eastern Region which now has a total membership of 300 Jaycees in Moab, Monticello, Price, Vernal, Emery, Helper and East Carbon, has grown in the past year from originally 78 members. Turner has the responsibility of representing 4 of these clubs on the State Executive Committee. |
