S (INS) Upon investigating all suggested ways and means to shackle the batting power of the New York Yankees, the baseball people have come to the conclusion that they were right the first time, that their decision of a year ago to de-rabbitize de-rabbitize the ball for the 1938 season is the most practical plan avail able. "We'll play with a deader ball next season," Prexy Ford Frick of the National league said today when team tha Yanks have beaten. They have outclassed their own league for two years and figure to do it again unless some means is discovered dis-covered to curb their power.
