Kimball Tells Rotarians Opportunity to participate in the Deer Creek water project should be "embraced whole-heartedly by this community," Leland H. Kimball; engineer for the metropolitan water district of Salt IJ.U. rilv told the Rotarv club at the Hotel Utah Tuesday. The city will vote on the Deer creek reservoir and aqueduct proposals pro-posals November 23. After hearing Mr. Kimball the club officially pledged its support in the water, district's efforts to ob- tain a vote for participation. "Resolved, that ths Salt Laks City Rotary club Indorse participation of the water district in the Deer creek project and aqueduct and, to that end. that its members pledge use of this organisation In any proper way to secure a favorable vote oa November 23," aald a resolution reso-lution adopted by members. The resolution was offered by W. J. Lowe. Rotary past president Mr. Kimball made his plea for acceptance of the project in the form of questions snd answers. He listed aa a more important question ques-tion that of how the water aupply will fit into the enUre city water problem.
