OCR Text	Show Railroad Is Sued On Worker's Death Bult for 190,000 damage waa ponding Tuesday In district court against the Denver It Rio Grande Weetern Railroad company as a result re-sult of an accident last November 1 which resulted In the death of E. T. Ward, former switchman for the company. The complaint was filed by Mamie Ward, administratrix administra-trix of the dead man's estate. Other trainmen. It la alleged in the complaint, caused the speed of a train Mr. Ward waa riding to be "suddenly, abruptly decreased," throwing tha switchman under the wheels of the moving cars.
