Strong waa arrested June 6, IMS, and booked for reckless driving. He assertedly jumped his bond Juna 21 j when tha cass waa set for trial and was not apprehended by police until 1 his arrest Monday night, Tha case against A. C Taylor, S3, arrested on drunken driving charges, was ordered stricken from the court calendar until a complaint haa been filed with Prosecuting Attorney At-torney A. Pratt Keaier. Taylor was arrested following an accident involving his automobile at Third East and South Temple streets Monday evening. A jury consisting of five women and three men haa been called by the court to consider the case of C O. McDonald, 872 South State street, alleged hit-run motorist. Trial will commence at 2 p. m. before be-fore Judge Bosons.
