Mr. Jensen was formerly city Judge, having been appointed in 1928 to fill the vacancy resulting from the death of Judge Noel Pratt In that same year he waa elected city Judge, and waa the only Republican Re-publican in Salt Lake county to be elected to any office. - He waa also a member of the seventh session of the state legislature and served two and on-half years as assistant county attorney. Known widely as a philosopher. Mr. Jensen Is the author of "Flu of Wlta." which has been pubUshed In two editions 12 and 13. He le also? an orator and quotea his own poetlo works extensively. Rain or shins, Mr. Jensen walks four miles from his office to his home every dsy. Aside from the exercise gained thereby, Mr. Jeneen finds the time valuable for phllo-soohio phllo-soohio meditation.
