West Utah congress presi-- presi-- dent Plans for tha annual state convention, conven-tion, March 39 to 30, alio will be discussed by committee head following fol-lowing th luncheon. The convention, conven-tion, at the Hotel Utah, will center around the theme of "The Responsibility Responsi-bility of the Horns and School in th Community."
