SOCIETY PLANSMEETIIiG A defense of the constitution! against "attempt by the executi vs to encroach upon the Judiciary"-la expected to be made at a Qeorge Washington'! birthday observance by member! of the Utah society, Sone of the American Revolution, February 22. The society will meet at T p. m. that day at the Alta club to pay tribute to the memory of the first president Speaker will be the Rt Rev. Monsignor D. G. Hunt, vicar general of the Catholt diocese of Salt Lake. I Benjamin L. Rich, past preaident 1 of the state society and former vice president general of the national organisation, aald he expected state- j menta by speakers regarding President Presi-dent Roosevelt's proposed Judiciary reorganisation. "The society stands unequivocally i for the constitution of the United! States and the form of government thereby aet up." Mr. Rich said.
