Tjtle-Bout Plan Fixed, SaysJacobs By EARL HILUGAX Associated Free Sparta Writer CHICAGO, Fab. 16 Everyone wore a broad smile along Chicago's heavyweight title bout front today Mike (Scatter-Sunshine) Jacobs of New York had put out tha good word. Th good word, a aid Jacobs as ha stopped here on his way to Kansas City, was that "everything ia all set" for a James J. Braddock-Joe Braddock-Joe Louis 15-round title fight here next June. There has been, at one time and another, apprehension in some circles cir-cles as to whether there would be any fight. But when Jacobs, who holds exclusive rights to Louis' services, ser-vices, said that everything Is "all set," the boys figured Jim and Joe were good as to the ring.
