Zoning Change Plea Left Up to Board Following recommendations of the city planning and soning commission, commis-sion, city commissioners Tuesday referred the application of the J. W. Bummerhaya company and Northwestern North-western Hide and Fur company, seeking a change of soning ordinances ordi-nances on Third West street between be-tween Fourth South and Eighth South streets, to the soning commission com-mission board of adjustment The action la an outgrowth ef a . controversy between owners ef residential resi-dential property in the area mentioned men-tioned and owners of the hide and fur firms, which, according to existing ex-isting soning laws, are allegedly operating without legal sanction. Residents have termed the businesses busi-nesses a public nuisance.
