Rawnngs appeared in district court Tuesday with word he waa ready to proceed with trial of Ralph Draper, 22,' and Delbert Peterson, 22, accused of aaaauit with deadly weapon. Joaeph Fratto, defense attorney, protested to Judge Herbert M.
