Show Murray Quits Post As Marquette Coach MILWAUKEE. Wis, Fab. 16 (INS) J. A. "Red" Dunn, Mar-qustt Mar-qustt backflald coach for four seasons, sea-sons, and John L. Tersen" Taylor, line coach since 1930, will receive first consideration as successors to Football Coach Frank J. Murray, It waa learned today as th university univer-sity athletic board convened. Other outstanding candidates are said to be Duk Duford, former Marquette athlete bow coaching at St. Ambrose college in Davenport, Iowa, and Earl "Greasy Neaie, a member of the Yale coaching staff. Murray resigned to accept tha position of head football coach at th University of Virginia. |
