As the mayor and city council of this city, we sincerely hope that the Springville Art Ex- j hibit will become bigger and better as time passes. We believe this project is one of the j 1 finest things in the state ana is rapidly gaining more recognition nationally. It is well ; W ; worth the time and attention of every individual. Some of the foremost artists of the United States exhibit their paintings in the Exhibit because of the prestige it has. v V Springville residents have a reputation for a high standard of cultural appreciation.
