"As the local boards of Utah .approach the end of 'heir great tssk." says a bulletin bul-letin issued by Captain Gordon Snow, Utah draft executive, yesterday, "it becomes be-comes apparent that in the near future all records pertaining to tbe selective draft must be brought to completion and placed in order for final disposition. It is requested that local boards lose no time in bringing these records into such shape as will permit of final disposition." This request is made as ao addition to a long te.egram from General K. H. Orowder, provost marshal general of the , United States army, in which he calls attention to the fact that the draft board records are government records of a confidential con-fidential nature, and that any mutilation or alteration of thoso records unauthorized unauthor-ized is subject to severe penalties. General Gen-eral Crowder urges that these public records be "scrupulously kept up and preserved." pre-served." Captain Snow reported to Washington that every local board in the slate bad at least completed 30 per cent of the classification classi-fication work in cornection with registrants regis-trants of the same ages.
