Show HOLIDAY PARCELS Only One Condition on Which Packages Can Go Overseas. Individuals serving in the armies of the allies in Europe, or with any of the allied expeditionary forces elsewhere, come under un-der the ruling of the war department governing gov-erning the shipment of Christmas parcels under the national coupon system. This information is contained in a gen eral bulletin received at Red Cross head-Quartera head-Quartera yesterday and is in correction of a widespread Impression that packages may be sent broadcast to anyone not bearing arms.
