Show B SHAME on the man or woman who fails to support the United War Work in this great hour. SHAME on the person who gives but $50 when he should give $100, or more $10 when he should give $25 $5 when he should give $10. SHAME on all of us who have been permitted per-mitted to stay at home in snug comfort and ease if we do not do OUR FULL SHARE in helping to raise Utah's quota of $400,000 toward the big National War Work Fund of $170,500,-000 $170,500,-000 all of which is to be used by the seven beneficent organizations in their work of maintaining main-taining the splendid morale of OUR BOYS WHO ARE STILL "OVER THERE." SHAME, and double shame, to the citizens of SALT LAKE if they do not MORE QUICKLY QUICK-LY and MORE GENEROUSLY respond to this call for money. Just money, folks not your lives. These societies are not asking for charity in behalf of Uncle Sam's lads. . They are asking US to PAY OUR DEBTS of gratitude to the men who have stood in our places in the front lines of the great world battle. IF YOU HAVEN'T GIVEN ALL YOU CAN, YOU HAVEN'T DONE YOUR DUTY. Think of the long months of waiting ahead of every RED-BLOODED, NOBLE SON OF UTAH "over there," and what it will mean to him if he is denied the help of wholesome recreation recre-ation and profitable pastime, with a few confections confec-tions thrown in, which your money will insure him, .: V Then lose no time. Go straight to a War Work Booth in any one of the department stores, the hotels, the railroad stations, sta-tions, the postoffice, Red Cross Shop or Commercial Club, and pledge yourself to DO YOUR FULL PART-100 genuine-in genuine-in this movement for HUMAN KINDNESS. Our boys deserve it. Can you deny it? UNITED WAR WORK CAMPAIGN j. vSs. cr'c""' V JSs fA A ' '- rV wt-t. ctiic wa nrlita yyfirS. Z22Sfcv "NV |
