Ferry has filed a petition in the above-entitled above-entitled court for the purpose of having a decree entered, issuing letters of suardianship to petitioner or another suitable person of the estate of said David Da-vid Ferry in Salt Uake county, state of Utah, on the ground tha t snid David Perry Is mentally incompetent to have the care and management of his property, prop-erty, and that the hearing of said petition peti-tion has been fixed by said court for Friday, the 2nd day of March, J917, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon of said day, ac the count v courthouse, in the courtroom of said court, in Salt Lake City, Piit Lake county, Utah. All persons interested inter-ested In the estate of said David Ferry, in Salt Lake county.
