There was a reasonably lively session yesterday on the Salt Iake Stock & Mining exchange, almost all of the active ac-tive stocks moving upward in the course of the trading. Original Bannack and Tintic Standard were the features of the day, the former for-mer selling up to 46 cents, with a strong close, while Tintic Standard touched the new high mark of $1.40. Miller Hill. Silver King Consolidated and Sells were among the sought-for securities se-curities that made substantial gains. The impression of a general further advance in prices is generally prevalent among the brokers. There will be no call today, it being Washington's birthday.
