Show Coffee Futures. NE"W YORK. Feb. 21. With tomorrow a holiday and Friday the first March notice no-tice day, there was. a renewal of near-month near-month liquidation in the market for coffee cof-fee futures duriag today's trading". The opening was unchanged to 3 points lower, ; and after some little v early irregularity ; prices e2sed off, with M-arch selling down : to 7.94c. or into new low ground for the movement. Much of the liquidation was in . the way of switching from March 'to later deliverips. but there also seemed to be some selling of late months by trade interests and the general' list worked about 6 to 9 points net lower, 'with December De-cember selling at S.46c. The close was at practically the low point, showing a net loss of 5 to 9 points. Sales, including includ-ing switches. 82,000 bags. Februarv and Mareia. 7.92c; April. 8.01c; May, 8.11c; June. Spot, nominally unchanged ; Rio No. 7, 10c; Santos No. 4, lO1'- It was reported that Santos 3s and 4s were offered In the cost and freight market at 9.75c.
