Show j PARK CITY PARK CITY, Sept. 2. Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Mair returned home Sunday, after a week's visit with friends in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Fitzgerald returned home Tuesday, after a short visit to Salt Lake and Ogden- Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Williams left Tuesday Tues-day afternoon for Peoria, 111., where they will visit with relatives for several weeks. Mrs. D. Riley of Butte, Mont., Ik visiting visit-ing at the home of her brother, Tim Holland. Mrs. E. Whitehead of Salt Lake is visiting vis-iting at the home of her eon, Charles Whitehead. Miss Eleanor Wright returned home this week, after visiting friends in Rock Springs and Evanston, Wyo. Miss Ruth Rose, who has been visiting at the home of her sister. Mrs. R. H. Billings, left Monday to visit in Colorado, Colo-rado, before returning to her home In Marshall, Mo. A birthday surprise party was given in honor of Mrs. Carl Thompson Wednesday Wednes-day evening. The evening was enjoyed with music and games- Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Malheson, Mr. and Mrs. C;1 Campbell, Mr. and Mrs. Gus Johnson, Mrs. C. Tuggles, Charles Went-worth, Went-worth, and the Misses Dena. Emma and Grace Thompson. Mrs. W. R. Jefford entertained at a Kensington Thursday afternoon in honor of her guest, Mrs. C. H. Gltsch of Salt Iako. Refreshments were served. Those I present, besides tho guest of honor, were the Mesdames Emma Perry, C. T. Prisk, J. Edward Paxton, A. P. Ridge, W. D. Deighton, Mrs. John Buck and son, John, Jr., and Miss Isabel Buck motored to Salt Lake Wednesday to visit for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Billings and Miss Ruth Rose returned home Monday from Salt Iake, after attending the Billings-Wa Billings-Wa t son wedding. Joseph Gasparoc and Miss Jennie Lake were quietly married in Salt Lake Tuesday Tues-day morning, returning home in the evening. A reception was held at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Prank Lake. Mrs. Glen Wentworth entertained Tuesday at dinner in honor of Mrs. J. Morrison. Mrs. Isabel Keith of Salt Lake arrived in Park Cilv Tuesday and is the guest of Mrs. W. J. Buck. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Peterson of Salt Lake are visiting- at the home of Mrs. Archie "Wilson. Mrs. E. M. MeGintey entertained at her home Thursday afternoon in honor of her little daughter Virginia. The guests numbered sixteen. Mrs. G. E. Hedges errtertalned at dinner din-ner and cards Tuesday evening in honor of Mrs. C. TV. Hedges and daughter Clair. Those present, besides the guests of honor, were Mr. and Mrs. J. Frunkel and Mrs. Claude Armstrong of Ogden. The Evening Card club was entertained enter-tained at the home of Mrs. Walter Evans Wednesday evening. After the card games luncheon was Berved. Sheen, Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Short, Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Forslund, Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Snow. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Wentworth, Mrs. C. W. Hedges of Salt Lake and Mrs. Claude Armstrong of Ogden. Og-den. Miss Rhea Riley is visiting with her sister, Mrs. John Harms, at Rock Springs, Wyo. Miss Helen Deason entertained Saturday Satur-day in honor of Mrs. Merle Whitehead Deason of Salt Lake. M. McGinley and Glen Wentworth. The Ladies" Aid society of the Congregational Congre-gational church was entertained at the home of Mrs. William Binkerd Friday afternoon. Miss Jennie McDonald of Ogden visited with friends here. during the week. She spent several days at the Ferry ranch with Miss Frieda Young. Mrs. Hebfr Bowman returned to her home In Butte, Mont., Saturday after a pleasant visit with her mother, Mrs. James Watson. Miss Port la Ra wl Ins re t u rn ed to her home in Draper Friday after a pleasant visit with Miss Eleanor Wright. Mrs. Fred Post entertained at cards Thursday evening. The Misses Ethel and Olive Doxey of Ogden returned home Saturday after a few days' visit at the home of the Misses Christine and Bessie McDonald. Mrs. C. H.
