Show RETURN OF THE GUARD. At Major General Fun stem's headquarters head-quarters in San Antonio - hope is expressed ex-pressed by the officers that with the passing of the danger of a great railroad rail-road strike the war department will recall tho order for the return of 15,000 national guardsmen to their home concentration con-centration camps. This gives rise to the suspicion that the guardsmen were to go on strike duty, which the government gov-ernment at Washington of course will not admit. If the war department should recall the order for the northward north-ward movement, however, the act would speak for itself and no other admission admis-sion would be necessary to show the intention in-tention of tin? administracion authori- ies. It is claimed in some quarters that all the guardsmen will be at home by October 1 or shortly thereafter.
