Show TWO NEW CONCERNS FILE INCORPORATION Incorporation papers were filed with the county clerk yesterday for the International In-ternational Metal & Kail company and the Urado Oil companv. The rail company is capitalized for $1,000,000, divided into as many shares. The incorporators, are George -B. Williams, Wil-liams, president; William H. Burnside, vice president, Edna W. King, secretary secre-tary and treasurer; E. S. Milbee, H. Ross Willson, John W. Clark Jr., and Franklin D. Clark, additional directors. Salt Lake is designated as the place of business and the manufacture of steel railroad ties and rails as the purpose pur-pose of the organization. The incorporators of the oil company are John T. Pope of Duchesne. Henry I. Moore, E. G. Kidder, S. A. Maginnis, Frank A. Pope and James S. McKcnna, all of Salt Lake. Capitalization is for $250,000. The purpose as designated is the conducting or a general oil business, busi-ness, the company being represented as the owner of certain placer mining claims in Colorado. |
