Show . ROUTES If LOGGED ' SOIiKHFIELD This Road Passes New Potash Pot-ash Plant Near Marys-vale, Marys-vale, Utah. GRAND CANYON ROAD Passes Through Country Rich in Cattle and Sheep Raising. Richfield, Utah, has been a sort of a i jumping-off plaee for automobile tour ing travel in the past, but with good roads as far south as Panguitch many cars are now making; that trip. The new potash plant four miles south of Marys vale is on this route and naturally attracts attention .because it promises to be one of the big mining industries of the state. From this point south the main state highway travels through a good irrigated section and a highly developed de-veloped grazing country, where cattle and sheep are plentiful. It is through this section of the coun- try that one of the leading routes to the Grand canyon leads. The Tribune Trib-une 's path rinding car has twice traveled trav-eled this section, mapping and logging the roads. The Tribune Chalmers Six .10. fitted with United States cliaiu-tread tires and using Vico lubricants, has just t completed a new log of these roads. It is now offered to the readers of The Tribune automobile section. It would be advisable to clip and save it because it is the latest and most up-to-date log ; that can be obtained.
