With the receipt of information today that Governor Spry and members of his staff would make every effort to be in Osrlen tomorrow, those in charge of the farewell celebration celebra-tion in honor of troop B, First cavalry, National Guard of Utah, announced that all plans for the event had been completed. com-pleted. The foodstuffs for the luncheon have been donated by more than fifty retail and wholesale firms of the city.
