Show THIEF ROBS SALT LAKE PLAYERS' CLUBHOUSE Special to The Tribune. LOS ANGELES, Cal., Sept. 25. Thieves entered the Salt Lake clubhouse club-house during the progress of today's game with the Vernon Tigers, and stole a large quantity of money and jewelry from the members of the club. Jack Gilligan, the pitcher, was the biggest loser, as $21 was taken from his clothes, as well as two rings and some valuable papers. Gilligan wantH to get the papeiB back, as they are not valuable to anyone except ex-cept himself. The only man who did not lose any money was Billy Orr. |
