Show CHILEAN IN UTAH TO STUDY AGRICULTURE Arturo Besa, commissioner appointed ap-pointed by the government of Chile to study dry farming in the state of Utah, arrived yesterday and will spend several sev-eral weeks in the state consulting with Dr. -John A. Widtsoe. president of the Utah Agricultural college, and investigating investi-gating conditions in the state generally. Mr. Besa arrived yesterday, with members of hi family, who are en route from San Francisco on a pleasure trip to the east. The part)' includes, besides be-sides Mr. Besa, Mr. Oswaldo Rodriquez, minister of the high court of justice of Chile; Madame AmaHa Rodriquez, wife of the leader of the National party iu Chile and senator for the -past twenty years, and Renato Besa, a young civil cinginccr. This distinguished party will spend several days here. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Clar-ence Bamberger will entertain them during their stay. |
