Show ASSIGNEES FILE SUITS'TO RECOVER ALLEGED DEBTS i Two suits for wages for labor alleged to have been performed on the new Koarns building mado their appearance In the district court Thursday. The plaintiffs are J. HIrschman and C. A. Cllne, and the defendants are the Modern Steel Structural company of Wisconsin, R. D. Jones, doing business as the Jones Construction company: J. J. Dwyer, R. R, Jones nnd Thomas Kearns. The suits are on assignments. HIrschman says that Sam Blackbird, a laborer, assigned an account of 530.98 for lubor wnges to him, and HIrschman demands de-mands Judgment for this amount, with $25 attorney's fees and S2 costs. Cllnu demands ?45 for wnges alleged to be due Charles Jones, ?30.50 for wages said to be duo O. L. Bunker, and $5 for labor claimed to have been performed by F. B. Morris, making a total of 580.25, In addition addi-tion to which Cllno wants $28.50 for costs. |
