Show NOTIOE OF SPECIAL TAX. Notrce Is hereby given that a special tax for tho purposo of extending the sewer has been levied and confirmed by ordinance of the city council, approved July 16. 1910, and August 2, 1310, respectively. re-spectively. Said special tax Is levied upon the following fol-lowing described real prorterty in Salt Lako City, towlt: In lots It 2, 3. A, 5, 6. 7 and 8. block SI, plat A; 1, to 1G. inclusive, in-clusive, and 21 to 30, inclusive, block 2; 1 to 15. inclusive, block 1, Franklin's subdivision, block -16;' 1. 5. 6. 7 and 8, block 50: 1. 5. C. 7 and 8, block 4D; 1, 2. 3, 4 and 8. block 47; 4 and S. block 18; 16 to 29, inclusive, and 2 to 15, inclusive, block 2. Heath's subdivision, block 39, Plat C, Salt L-ikc City survey, abutting on the -west side of Fourth "West street between South Temple and First South streets; on the east sldo of Eighth West street between First South and Second South streets; on the north side of Second Sec-ond South street botween Sixth West and Eighth West streets; on tho south siae oi ftcconu soum siroet uoiwccn Seventh West and Eighth West streets; on the south side of South Temple street between Fourth West and Seventh West streets; on both sides of Fifth West street between South Temple and First South streets; on the east side of Sixth West slrcet between First South and Second South streets; on the -west sldo of Sixth West street between South Temple and Second South streets; on both sides of Jeremy street, between First South and Second South streets, and on the north side of Pierpont avenue ave-nue between Seventh West and Eighth West streets. In sewer district No. 2, of Salt Lake City, and Is due and payable In five equal annual Installments beginning begin-ning August 2, 1911. Interest at the rate of six per cent per annum on the whole amount of said tax shall be computed from the date of the approval of tho ordinance confirming the levy of said tax, towlt: August 2, 1910; and Interest at said rate on the whole amount of sId tax unpaid shall be due and payable with each installment. If any Installment or Interest aforesaid Is not paid on tho date when same becomes due, then the whole amount of the tax unpaid at the time said installment and interest aro duo will become due and payable and will draw Interest at the rato of eight per cent per annum until sale of tho property prop-erty assessed. One or more of said Installments In-stallments In the order In which they are payable aforesaid, or the whole tax. may be paid without interest at any tlmo within thirty days after the approval ap-proval of the ordinance confirming tho levy of tho tax; and one or more of said Installments In the order In which they are payable, or the whole tax upald, may be paid on the day any Installment Is duo by paying the amount thereof and Interest to said day.
