Show THIRTEEN CITY CASES REACH DISTRICT COURT Eight state- and live city cases, thirteen thir-teen In all, reached the Third- district court from tho city court Thursday, Tho city cases arc on appeal, while the stale cases arc those against persons charged wllh felonies who have been bound over to the district by the city court. Tho city cases are as follows: E. MoU. vagrancy; George Pappas, battery; Portland Port-land Coffee House and Bakery company, uncleanllness; Jane Doc Dey and J. E. Mngerl, selling liquor without license. The state cases are; H. Smith, second-degree burglary. Haxmus Johnson, Involuntary manslaughter of Paulino O. Hanson by running over her with nn automobile May 2-1 last" 13. C. Smith, second sec-ond -degrqo burglary, two charges; Harry Walters, second-degroo burglary; George Kypros, assault with deadly weapon; George Thompson, thlrd-degroo burglary; Frank ICelly and J. S. Marriott, attempted attempt-ed grand larceny. |
