Judge Jonathan C. Roylo's last will was filed for probate In the third district court Thursday. By the Instrument, nil tho property goes to the judge's widow. Hore Is his reason, couched In kindly, endearing endear-ing language, a trlbuto to Mrs. Royle: "It, Is my wish that my wife, who has been so much to me and who has for so many years borno with me the burthens and the joys and sorrows of llfo. shall, as far as I can compass It, at my death, be freo from poverty, dependonco or pecuniary anxiety. I am satisfied that my estate will not ho largo enough to divide di-vide between my wlfo and tho children and leave her In such division enough to live- upon."
