Show TREASURY GETS MONEY FROM STATE LAND BOARD The slate treasury was enriched Thursday bv tho receipt from Secretary William J. Lynch of the state land board of two checks for $1226.55 and $12,009.31, respectively, the second boing the returned re-turned investments on the several land grant'funds with the Interest collected In Julv, and the first being money collected In "the month clasallled as kind sales principal, Interest, rental and fees. Of the first, $315 goes to tho Institution for the blind, $50.35 to the reform school, $25.57 to reservoirs, and $S17.55 to schools. The second check Is to be distributed as follows: Agricultural college, $022.50; deaf and dumb asylum ' $559.75; institution institu-tion for tho blind. $171.30; Insane asylum. $211.50; miners' hospital, $1316.05; school of education, $210.00; public buildings, $250.29; reservoirs., $37.50; reform school, $702.50; schools, $0(559.72; school of mines', $202; university $1005. |
