OCR Text	Show DEMANDS $5000 DAMAGES . .Ida Meltzer Brings Suit Against Salt Lake City and Others. Ida Meltzer brought suit in the District Dis-trict Court Saturday against Salt Lake City, tho Utah Gas' and Coke company and Hanley & Ritchie, contractors for the gas compan', for $5000 damages. Jin her complaint she alleges that on December 13, 1006, at night, sho fell into a trench dug for tthe company in the street, and sustained severo and permanent internnl injuries. There were no clanger signals along the trench, sho charges, and sho holds that all three defendants are equally liabe for the injuries which she sustained.
