Hadley, Attorney-General of Missouri, Mis-souri, has requested all railroads in this Stale to cancel tho thousands of passes now in the hands of persons other than Tnilroad employees, s"o tho three months' test of tho 2-cent law recently ordered b' Judgo McPhcr-son McPhcr-son ma- be a fair one. In letters received today by the attorneys here of Missouri railroads,, Mr. Hadley says i fthose passes continue in force no true estimate of tho working of tho 2-ccnt law can be made'. . There is no anti-pass, law in Missouri.
